Erring Cab Driver: Terisita Taxi
Last night at around 9:15 pm North Bound going to Timog Avenue in Quezon City while driving along Edsa near MRT North Avenue Station, Teresita Taxi with Plate Number TXT 200 swerved and make an immediate U-Turn going to Trinoma. This Toyota Vios Taxi almost hit me and missed only by inches. I guess this Taxi Driver is in a hurry but did not mind the safety of his passenger and other vehicles using Edsa.

Edsa Motorcyle Lane
Yesterday along Edsa from Monumento I noticed a signage saying “Motorcyle Lane ”. Looks like MMDA will push thru with the plan to have a Motorcycle Lane along Edsa. The lane is next to the yellow lane (Bus Lane) or 3rd lane just like the Motorcyle Lane along Commongwealth. Honestly, I find it dangerous riding next to a bus, that’s why my personal rule when riding along Edsa “don’t follow or drive next to a bus” I feel more safe if I’m at the inner lane because all I have to do is guard my left side, unlike being at the 3rd lane I have to watch both my right and left side. Now I’m thinking that the guy’s who thought of this Motorcyle Lane ’s are those who do not ride a MC. I hope the powers the be consult the Motorcyle Community first before having this implemented. I also hope that once implemented they will put more MMDA personnel to watch the violators.
